Closing Tabs

Postby WhiteF150 » Wed Aug 14, 2013 6:49 am

New user on the sim, great product by the way. I've been testing with the UNO for a few months now and its always been a pain to assemble the breadboard, jumper wires, etc. just to run a sketch. Anyway.

I have open more sketches then I need, and a collection of tabs and unable to find a way to close them.

Silly question, but how do you close the tabs?

Thanks for the positive feedback - feel free to leave a message on this page

With the tabs, the Simulator automatically opens more tabs for include files which can be .ino, .h or .cpp files. The Simulator will step into and out of these tabs when single stepping through the program by using F7. There is no way to close the tabs at this stage but we can look into this.

Also, the Simulator is designed to work with only one sketch at a time, but it may be possible to use a #include "second_sketch.ino" and right click to set the next statement to the setup in this file but the Simulator will return to the main sketch when the loop() routine is needed.

Return to “Version 0.98”
